Są miejsca, które skradły moje serce i są ludzie, którzy mają serce i talent do wyjątkowych rzeczy. Dostrzegam to i obdarowuję ich swoim symbolicznym sercem-statuetką. Za każdym razem serce ma inną formę i co innego wyraża. To jest moje osobiste wyróżnienie. Wręczam je ludziom, którzy są dla mnie ważni lub doceniam to, co wypływa z ich serca i czym dzielą się z innymi. Umieszczam je również w miejscach szczególnych, tam gdzie mocniej bije moje serce. Zostawiam tam symboliczny fragment siebie.

There are places that have stolen my heart and there are people who have a heart and a talent for unique things. I notice this and give them my symbolic heart-statuette. Each time such heart has a different form and expresses something else. This is my personal honor. So I offer my heart to people who are very important to me and I appreciate what comes from their hearts and what they share with others. I also put/place my hearts in special places, where my heart beats stronger. I leave there a symbolic fragment of me..

Muzyczne Serce – Hans Zimmer

Rzeźba zadedykowana kompozytorowi Hansowi Zimmerowi. Moje rzeźbiarskie serce za jego serce do muzyki.
Godziny spędzane w pracowni bardzo często umila mi muzyka. Jest bardzo ważna, nie może być przypadkowa, nie może dominować ani być zbyt neutralna. Świetnie sprawdza się w tej roli ilustracyjna muzyka filmowa. Twórczość Hansa Zimmera jest szczególnie bliska mojemu sercu. Przy jego kompozycjach potrafię w skupieniu tworzyć swoje dzieła.
Statuetka przedstawia serce, z którego arterii pompujących życiodajną krew wyłaniają się elementy instrumentów używanych w orkiestrach: gryf od skrzypiec, ustnik trąbki, końcówka fletu. Bo to serce kompozytora nadaje rytm całej orkiestrze.

My musical heart – a sculpture dedicated to the composer Mr Hans Zimmer is for his heart to music.
I spend hours working in my studio-atelier and like to work with music. But what is very important for me, it cannot be an accidental music, it cannot dominate or be too neutral too, so, music from the movies seems to be the best for my artworks. Hans Zimmer’s music is particularly close to my heart, with his compositions, I can create my works in concentration and with some inspiration as well.
This statuette depicts a heart from which arteries pumping life-giving blood emerge elements of instruments used in the orchestras: violin griffin, trumpet mouthpiece, flute tip. Because it is the composer's heart that gives the rhythm to the whole orchestra.

Rogate Serce – Stanisław Szukalski

Rzeźba powstała do projektu „Zainspirowani Szukalskim”, który zainicjowałam pod wrażeniem filmu Irka Dobrowolskiego „Walka: Życie i zaginiona twórczość Stanisława Szukalskiego”. Film powstał z inicjatywy spadkobiercy spuścizny po artyście i jego wieloletniego przyjaciela Amerykanina Glenna Braya oraz Georga i Leonardo di Caprio, którzy przyjaźnili się z artystą. Amerykanie docenili go i oddali mu pamięć tym filmem, w Polsce jest wciąż prawie nieznany.
Aby przywrócić pamięć o tym genialnym artyście w Polsce zorganizowaliśmy cykl wystaw, wykładów i spotkań w Kazimierzu Dolnym podczas Festiwalu Filmu i Sztuki Dwa Brzegi, w miejscu szczególnym, bo to tu znajdują się ruiny domu artysty.
Statuetka „Rogate Serce” znajduje się teraz w Muzeum Szukalskiego w Kalifornii w Archives Szukalski, ustawione obok zdjęcia przedstawiającego rozsypane prochy artysty na głazach Wyspy Wielkanocnej.

This sculpture has been created for the project called "Inspired by Szukalski", which I’ve been initiated under the impression of Irek Dobrowolski's film "Struggle: The Life and Lost Art of Stanisław Szukalski". The film was made on the initiative of the heir to the artist's legacy and his longtime friends, American collector Glenn Bray and famous George di Caprio and his son Leonardo di Caprio. The Americans appreciated him very very much and commemorated with this film. What is interesting, still in Poland Szukalski is almost unknown.

So, To bring back the memory of this brilliant artist in Poland, we have organized an art festival - series of exhibitions, lectures and meetings in town Kazimierz Dolny during the Two Brzegi Film and Art Festival, in a special location of the ruins where the artist's house has been built.
The "Horned Heart" statuette is now at the Szukalski Museum in California at the Szukalski Archives, positioned next to a photograph of the artist's ashes scattered on the boulders of Easter Island.

Drodzy Lena i Glenn,
To co zrobiliście dla Stanisława Szukalskiego i Polski zarazem jest fantastyczne. Dzięki Wam ten Geniusz nie zostanie zapomniany, a kolejne pokolenia artystów mogą się inspirować jego twórczością, również ja.
Dlatego chcę wam podarować to symboliczne serce w podzięce za Wasze Wielkie Serce - stworzone przeze mnie do projektu „Zainspirowani Szukalskim”. Ma już ono swoją historię, gdyż stało się symbolem naszego projektu i zawsze towarzyszyło nam w działaniach promocyjnych i zapowiedziach.
W odpowiedzi na wezwanie Irka Dobrowolskiego udało mi się zainspirować wielu nowych artystów, którzy nie słyszeli o Stachu z Warty, a także odnaleźć tych już zafascynowanych Szukalskim i zebrać wszystkich wraz z ich dziełami w jednym czasie i jednym miejscu - na Festiwalu Filmu i Sztuki w Kazimierzu Dolnym. Niesamowite jest przyglądać się, jak historia i twórczość Szukalskiego porywa artystów przeróżnych dziedzin również tu w Polsce. Mam nadzieję, że podczas kolejnej odsłony projektu "Zainspirowani Szukalskim" będziecie z Nami już nie tylko mentalnie, ale i fizycznie.
Dziękuję Wam za Patronat nad projektem z całym zespołem Fundacji Helisa, która z pełnym oddaniem go realizuje .

 Dear Lena and Dear Glenn,
What you have done for Stanisław Szukalski and in fact for Poland is really impressive at the same time.
Thanks to You both, this and his Genius will not be forgotten and the next generations of artists may be inspired by his work, including me.
That is why I want to give you this symbolic heart in gratitude for Your Big Heart - created by me for the project “Inspired by Szukalski” and concerning also a movie – “Struggle: The Life and Lost Art of Szukalski”.  
My “horned heart” has already some history as well. The sculpture has become a symbol of our project https://helisafoundation.pl/szukalski and has always accompanied us during promotions and all marketing and PR activities..
In response to Irek Dobrowolski's call, I managed to inspire many new artists who have had not heard about Stach from Warta, as well as I have found those already fascinated by Szukalski. I gather everyone with their works at one time and in one place - at the Film and Art Festival in Kazimierz Dolny https://www.dwabrzegi.pl/en/. It is amazing to see how his history and work captivate artists of various fields, also here in Poland.
 I hope that in the future ex. the next edition of the project "Inspired by Szukalski" you will be with us not only mentally but also could visit Poland or to prepare a small recording for our audience.

Serce Chopina

Rzeźba dedykowana do Polskiego Pawilonu Expo w Dubaju jako "symbol miłości artysty do Ojczyzny". Towarzyszyło koncertom chopinowskim na żywo, odbywającym się w rocznicę urodzin artysty w 2022 roku.

Zgodnie z ostatnią wolą Chopina, jego siostra potajemnie, nielegalnie (w słoiku!) przewiozła serce kompozytora do Warszawy. Serce przetrwało powstanie styczniowe i II wojnę światową. Obecnie znajduje się w kościele św. Krzyża w Warszawie. Na filarze, w którym zamurowano urnę, znajduje się tablica pamiątkowa z cytatem z Ewangelii według św. Mateusza (6,21): „Gdzie twój skarb tam twoje serce”. Pomnik Chopina pod mazowiecką wierzbą w Warszawie to znana w Europie i świecie wizytówka Polski. Moja rzeźba "Serce Chopina" nawiązuje właśnie do tego dzieła, gdzie z serca wyrastają gałęzie wierzby, a podstawę stanowi klawiatura fortepianu (oktawa).

The sculpture has been dedicated to the Polish Expo Pavilion in Dubai as a "symbol of the artist's love for the homeland" and presented during live concerts, celebrating the Chopin's birthday.

According to Chopin's last will, his sister secretly and illegally has been transported the composer's heart to Warsaw (in a jar). The heart survived the January Uprising and World War II. It is now in the church of St. Cross in Warsaw. On the pillar in which the urn was walled up, there is a commemorative plaque with a quote from the Gospel according to St. Matthew (6:21): "Where your treasure is, there is
your heart." The Chopin monument under the Masovian willow in Warsaw is a flagship of Poland very well recognized in Europe and around the world. My sculpture Chopin's Heart refers to the monument, where willow branches grow from the heart and the piano keyboard (octave) is the basis.

Kobiety Wschodu - Miss God

Błękitne serce ze złotymi promieniami. Nawiązuje do wizerunku artystki – wokalistki i producentki muzycznej Miss God. To serce towarzyszyło nam na scenie podczas koncertu w Białymstoku. Była to piękna inicjatywa, przekształcona w cykliczny projekt „Kobiety Wschodu” Joanny Zubryckiej (Miss God), mający na celu promować kobiety, artystki z różnych z dziedzin sztuki i połączyć ich działania w jedno piękne wydarzenie – wspólnie wykreowane niepowtarzalne dzieło.

Blue heart with golden rays. It refers to the image of the artist - singer and music producer Miss God. This heart has been accompanied us on the stage during a concert in Bialystok. It was a beautiful initiative, transformed into a cyclic project "Women of the East" by Joanna Zubrycka (Miss God), aimed to promote women, artists from various fields of art and combining their activities into one beautiful event - a jointly created unique artwork.

Serce dla Luminy

Największe serce w Polsce, a może i na świecie. Zrealizowane do parku świetlnego jako instalacja artystyczna. Serce ma 4 metry wysokości i pulsuje czerwonym światłem w rytm bicia ludzkiego serca, wydobywającego się z niego także jako dźwięk. Każdego sezonu parki świetlne rozjaśniają nam najkrótsze i najzimniejsze dni w roku, wprowadzając magię do naszego klimatu. Niejedno serce zabije mocniej na widok tak gigantycznej rzeźby, która będzie wędrować po Polsce i Europie, rozgrzewając serca widzów co sezon w innym miejscu. W tym roku ma również stanąć na scenie podczas koncertów Nocy Kultury w Lublinie.

The biggest heart in Poland, and maybe in the world. Made for the light park as an art installation. The heart is 4 meters high and pulsates with red light in the rhythm of the human heartbeat, which also comes out as a sound. Each season, light parks brighten up the shortest and coldest days of the year, bringing magic to our climate. Many hearts will beat faster at the sight of such a gigantic sculpture, which will wander around Poland and Europe, warming the hearts of viewers in a different place every season. This year, my giant heart will be on stage during the Night of Culture in Lublin.

Serce dla Ostoi Sztuki i Jagi Hupało

Ostoja Sztuki to miejsce magiczne, które stworzyli Jaga i Krzysztof, pełne pięknych przedmiotów, pachnących ziół, otoczone szemrzącym potokiem i dziką naturą. Jaga Hupało ma również ogromne serce do sztuki we wszystkich jej przejawach. Otacza się nią wszędzie, gdzie jest - także w pracy w swoim studiu „Born To Create” w Warszawie, w dawnej Fabryce Koronek. Tu również popija się herbatkę z pokrzywy, podziwiając obrazy i rzeźby oraz delektuje obecnością Jagi, która roztacza wszędzie aurę niezwykłości. Sama jest niezwykła, tak jak jej stylizacje, szeroko doceniane w Polsce i za granicą. Mam wrażenie, że jedną nogą stoi w naturze, a drugą w kosmosie. Wspiera również młode talenty, organizując cykliczne imprezy artystyczne. Moje serce skradła już na pierwszym spotkaniu. Zostawiłam więc je w miejscach, które Jaga stworzyła, bo są tak bliskie mojemu sercu.

Ostoja Sztuki is a magical place created by Jaga and Krzysztof, full of beautiful objects, fragrant herbs, surrounded by a murmuring stream and wild nature. Jaga Hupało also has a huge heart for art in all its manifestations. She surrounds herself with art everywhere, also at work in her studio called "Born To Create" in Warsaw, in the former Lace Factory. It is also here that you sip nettle tea, admire paintings and sculptures, and savor the presence of Jaga, who spreads an aura of extraordinaryness everywhere. She herself is extraordinary too, just like her hair stylizations, widely appreciated in Poland and abroad. I have the impression that she has one foot in nature and the other in space. For many years she also supports young talented students and artists by organizing each year artistic events. So of course, she also has stolen my heart from the first meeting. So I left here in Ostoja Sztuki my sculpture heart for Jagas many hearts (which are close to my heart;)

Siedem zmysłów - Kasia Korus

Pierwsze serce podarowałam Kasi Korus. Czerwone i pulsujące, było częścią happeningu towarzyszącego projektowi, którego była inicjatorką i do którego mnie zaprosiła. Wiele razy wędrowało z rąk do rąk podczas wystaw jako symbol jedności, miłości i połączenia. Kasia i jej twórczość były inspiracją do powstania tej rzeźby.

I gave my first heart to Kasia Korus. It was red and pulsating, as a part of the art-happening accompanying the project she has been initiated and to which she has invited me. It has passed from hand to hand many times during exhibitions as a symbol of unity, love and connections. Kasia and her artwork have been the inspiration for my heart sculpture.
